There are instances of consensual magical nervous system manipulation, biting, and non-human blood consumption between the main characters. It also contains brief descriptions of food and references to food deprivation.
This book contains several explicit open-door sex scenes without vulgar language. There is significant cursing outside of the sex scenes.
